I had an exceptional visit with Dr. Franklin. I needed a cavity filled and I was dreading the visit. I’m sure I am not alone when I say I do not love dentist appointments and get very anxious before a visit. He could not have been more kind and explained everything very thoroughly and it helped ease my anxiety. I’ve never had a dentist with better communication and I will definitely use him again and recommend him to any one!!! An easy 5 stars. Also, the staff was great!

Had the urgent need for a dentist today. Through good fortune, I was able to visit Dr Franklin for the first time today. He and Loretta saw me. First the office is very clean, feels comfortable. The front window were very nice, and very helpful in outlining exactly what i would need to do. The new patient forms were thorough and still concise. Once I got back, Loretta was so refreshing. She was kind, professional, and authentic. I felt like I was a long time patient despite we having never met. Dr Franklin was not only very good at fixing my tooth, he was extremely careful to narrate what was happening at every step along the way. He did this quietly but so effectively. This was my first of what will be many visits as I hope to never go elsewhere for my dental care.

Dr. Franklin is thorough and does a great job explaining what he's doing. Very friendly staff. I was seen at the time of my appointment, no long waits.
